Commit to a regular practice and discover first hand the transformative effects of yoga.
         Recommended to practice a minimum of 3 times per week, ideally 5 - 6 times.


Class times are always current and updated live on this site - even holiday hours.
There are over 60 classes/week between two studios, offering a variety of different class types, lengths, and levels for you to choose from and explore!

 

  • For your ease and convenience, we have online registration for all classes.
  • It's simple, user friendly, saves you time and the only way you are guarenteed a spot in class.
  • If this is your first time pre-registering with us, please carefully review the pre-registration guidelines.
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class times, for the integrity of the class latecomers are not permitted...seriously we're not joking!

Karma Class Note: Due to the popularity of our Karma classes we recommend signing up and arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the class.
