Group Hypnotherapy Spring Series

These workshops will start by covering the basics of hypnotherapy, move into a uniquely guided group hypnotherapy session and finish with you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Bring a blanket, eye mask and pillows. No caffeine 4 hours prior to workshop.
