Kate is an island girl born and raised. When she is not at the studio she is singing, hoola hooping , or traveling the world .Kate has been practicing yoga since 2005 and right fell in love with it for its stress/anxiety reducing benefits. It wasn’t until she discovered the Moksha community in 2009 that she developed a regular practice and really began seeing the magic yoga brought to her life as well as the people who surround her. Kate completed my Moksha Yoga teacher training in Montreal 2011, Bernie Clarks Yin training in 2013, and is very excited for her upcoming Moksha Flow training Nov.2015! She is honoured to be part of this community, and is constantly humbled by the dedication, courage , and magic that happens just by simply coming back to ones breath.
