Alenna Combines Yoga and Fascial Stretch Therapy approaches, leading you through both active and passive stretches (Yin) to mobilize layers of connective tissue (fascia). Fascial Flow focuses on optimizing fascial health and flexibility, offering potential benefits such as pain relief, enhanced mobility, circulation, digestion, and joint health. You’ll leave feeling lighter and more spacious after each session.
