Sarah is a sleep coach, 500-ERYT yoga teacher, and human who like the rest of us has anxiety as a part of her life’s journey. Over the last 10 years she’s used yoga and sleep therapy techniques to reduce anxiety and is excited to share these simple tools that can transform your life too.
